We suggest spending time in Palma and exploring the historic old town, waterfront, shops, bars and restaurants (we recommend for Thursday). This is the largest and oldest city in Mallorca with the most to do. We encourage guests to stay in Palma 1 or 2 nights if arriving early. Most destinations across the island are within 30–45 minutes of Palma.
If your time allows, we think these are a must visit. This part of the island offers some of the most beautiful scenery in Mallorca, where the mountains meet the sea with incredible coastal views along the way. There is also a scenic train that takes you from Palma to Soller (https://trendesoller.com/eng/routes/traind). If driving, we recommend having lunch or dinner at Hotel Corazon where you may find us on Wednesday. (https://hotelcorazon.com/restaurantbookings/book-a-table/).
This is the city where our Friday welcome event will take place. The area is home to some of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches, including Es Trenc. It’s also a great spot for boat rentals, water activities, and spending time on the water. Check out the weekly market or reserve dinner at Bikini Island's Neni restaurant.
This is where our Sunday beach day will take place. Cala Santanyí is a beautiful sandy cove with clear turquoise water surrounded by cliffs. In this area, we also recommend visiting the Santanyí market (Wednesday morning), Cala Llombards, and Mirador Es Pontàs, among many other beautiful spots along this side of the island.
If you’re up for it, take a scenic drive to Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis for some of the most dramatic coastal views on the island. The drive is part of the experience, with winding mountain roads and sharp turns.
We also highly recommend visiting one of Mallorca’s many weekly markets. Click through site for locations and schedules. https://mallorcard.es/markets/weekly-market-colonia-de-sant-jordi-mallorca/
