Cancun International Airport (CUN) Carr. a Aeropuerto Cancún, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico
You can organize airport transportation with Bohemia Wedding Travel when you book your room! We recommend traveling as a group, as transportation rates are per vehicle and many can fit up to 7 or 8! We also personally used and had a great experience with USA Transfers: https://usa-transfers.com/.
Once you get off the flight, you will head to customs/immigration. Afterwards, you will claim your luggage (if checked bags) and leave the airport. When you are exiting the airport there are many people dressed as if they work at the airport which will try to sell you things or a ride. Do not engage, just keep on walking! Once outside the airport you will proceed to find your transportation van. There are many transportation vans all parked in one area, find the van with the company name you have been provided. Please do not use services you have not previously arranged yourself.
Yes! There are tons of restaurants with all sorts of cuisines to dine at. Room service is also available 24/7. An all inclusive also means everyone's drinks are included. You won’t need to pay out of pockets for anything except tips, spa services, or any excursions outside of the resort.
No, please only book through the link provided on the travel page to be included in our guest count. Also, booking at a different resort would require you to purchase an additional day pass per person for US$150 to enter for the wedding, so please only book on our link for Hyatt Ziva.
There is a dress code for certain restaurants at the resort. Some more upscale restaurants may require that men wear long pants and close-toed shoes. Other than that, standard dress code applies. Please see the hotel website for details.
May marks the transitionary period from the dry season to the start of the rainy season in June. It will be warm and a little humid (mid 80s to low 90s), but should be perfect to hit the beach and pool!
We will not be getting married on the beach, but instead at the Cliffside Gazebo. We request beach semiformal. For women this could be flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, florals, linen/cotton, sandals, wedges, etc. For men, long-sleeved shirts, khakis/chinos, linen/cotton, close-toed shoes, suits/dress pants if preferred. Of course, the bride will be in white :)
We do have a registry set up, but your attendance is our gift. We are so excited to have all of our loved ones together for this event!
We are staying at an all-inclusive so cash is not generally needed aside from tipping. However, we recommend bringing extra cash for off-site expenses, spa services, tours, and transfers, if you plan to do any of those things. The resort will provide US Dollar to Mexican Peso exchange services, subject to availability. Cash payments are accepted in CAN/US Dollars, and Mexican Pesos. Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express, only.
Please RSVP no later than March 1, 2026. The last day to pay the $300 deposit to reserve your room at Hyatt Ziva Cancun with our discounted room rate is November 25, 2025.
