Can I bring a date?

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Since our ceremony is in an open meadow, the ground will be soft, so ladies I would leave your high heels at home! Think sundresses, slacks or shorts, and flip-flops . It is in the last weekend of July, so it will be warm. A light jacket for the reception is encouraged though! Willow-Witt Ranch is at a higher elevation than ashland, so it could get a little chilly at night.

Are kids invited?

There will be some children over the weekend. We do want you to take the night off and party though! If you can make that happen, wonderful, please do so! If you can’t find a sitter, no problem. We will have a couple activities for the kids.

I want to camp out for the wedding weekend! What are my options?

Answer

Willow-Witt Ranch has plenty of tent camping room throughout the venue. There are limited RV spots. Please contact us via email or phone (by the end of June) if you would like to reserve a spot for your trailer.

What kind of amenities should I expect at the Willow-Witt camp area?

Cookhouse Four cook stoves/ Small oven/ Double cooking areas with separate prep sinks/ Cutting tables, and prep tables/ Two 3-compartment dish sinks/ Pantry essentials such as spices, flours, sugars, oils, and vinegars / Teas available Bathhouse Shower/ Dressing room/ Sinks/ Toilet stalls/ Hot Water Outdoor Showers! Beautiful view of the forest and wetlands that can’t be beat!/ Newley remodeled Hot water Showers Farm Store Meat, sausage, milk and eggs/ Pick fresh vegetables from the garden for a truly local meal/ Ice for coolers Electricity The Camps at Willow-Witt Ranch are off-grid, so all electricity will come from generators/ Please bring any extension cords if you need electricity to your camp

What about cell service at the venue?

Answer

Cell service is is limited and spotty. We will have a “cell service lounge” setup where there is steady service. You can hang out and sip on a drink, charge your battery and lounge in a chair while you’re doing what you need to on your phone. Wi-Fi is also available at the Farm.

Any other important information I should know?

Answer

Yes! Willow-Witt Ranch has a strict no pet policy, they have a couple of friendly dogs that live on the farm as well as goats, chickens, etc. Another important rule for the venue is the no-smoking rule. So PLEASE NO SMOKING on the premises. You may smoke either in your car or at the entrance of the ranch (this is down the road a ways from the camp and venue). Any breaking of this rule will not be tolerated! Oregon is beautiful and covered in living trees, we want to keep it that way! So unfortunately camp fires are also not permitted. We will have a cozy area with a wood stove and comfortable chairs for everyone that wants to sit by a fire though! There are other camping areas around the venue that are close by and available if you cannot follow these rules.
