Where is the venue located?

We will be having our wedding at Saratoga Springs at 5:00pm for the ceremony and it's address is: 22801 Big Basin Way, Saratoga, CA 95070. Please do not arrive prior to 4:30pm. Thank you! We are excited to see you there!

What will the weather be like during our wedding?

Answer

As the weather can be unpredictable, we encourage to use this link to check out our local weather forecasts over the next coming days. At night, the foothills of Saratoga can get chilly so there amenities such as a fire pit and blankets that will be provided. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 4:15 - 4:45 PM. Ceremony is scheduled to start at 5 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is onsite at the wedding venue. Saratoga Springs staff will be directing traffic once you enter the venue.

Do you have hotel recommendations and are you coordinating a group rate?

We do have hotel recommendations! (Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino, Hilton Garden Inn Sunnyvale, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Campbell - Pruneyard Plaza, Hampton Inn & Suites Sunnyvale Silicon Valley). Contact Alheli or Matt for any additional support/brainstorming.

We would prefer guests to not wear black. However, you will not be turned away if you do so no worries!
