A classic case of high school sweethearts. We were on the same school bus, but neither of us brave enough to strike up a conversation. Both perfecting the art of an "accidental gaze" and looking away. It took an encouraging cheer at athletics trials to spark the beginning of something much bigger than expected. There were bumps and hurdles along the way, but we always found our way back to each other - stronger than before. Very quickly it became difficult to remember the "before" and even more so to imagine a "without". As this chapter of our lives comes to an end, we excitedly await all the new challenges and adventures the new chapter will bring.
