A room block has been secured at Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis for our wedding weekend. Please note that our wedding falls during boat show season, when hotels in Annapolis book quickly and rates increase. We recommend reserving your room using the link on this page as soon as possible to ensure availability at the discounted rate. * We have the option to add additional rooms, so please let us know if your desired room type is unavailable *
Shuttle
October 3, 2026 4:45 pm - 10:15 pm
Transportation Schedule 4:30 PM – Shuttle arrives at the hotel and begins boarding guests. 4:45 PM – First shuttle departs the hotel for the venue. 5:10 PM – Second shuttle departs the hotel for the venue. 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Cocktail Hour (please arrive no later than 5:30. The shuttle will get you there in time!) 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Reception! 9:30 PM – First shuttle departs the venue for the hotel. This option is for guests who may want to leave the reception a little early. 10:00 PM – Final shuttle departs the venue for the after party and then continues to the hotel. 10:15 PM – Arrival to downtown bars if you’re not quite ready to end the night! 10:30 PM – Arrival back at the hotel. This option is for guests not quite ready to leave the reception with the earlier shuttle, but maybe don’t want to go out!! PLEASE NOTE: Keep the party going with us downtown! We’ll bounce around downtown, no set plan. Transportation will not be provided following the after party, so guests should plan to arrange their own ride back to their hotel or accommodations at the end of the evening. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available downtown!
