Nestled in the heart of Coral Gables, the Hotel Colonnade is an iconic hotel that has served Miami since 1926. The Colonnade building, now Hotel Colonnade, was designed by famed architect Phineas Paist and completed in November of 1926. The building was originally designed to serve as a center for the community by George Merrick, developer of Coral Gables. Since the 1920s, the Colonnade has housed a variety of businesses, including a pilot training facility, the Colonnade Movie Studios and even a World War II parachute factory. Immerse yourself into Coral Gables and its beautiful, stunning, Spanish-inspired influence. With many shops, restaurants and bars, Coral Gables is one of Miami's many beautiful areas with dining options ranging from incredible Italian cuisine to authentic Mexican food.

Miami International Airport

Flying into Miami International Airport certainly is your best bet for all the out-of-towners that will be joining us from afar! Just 20 minutes away from Coral Gables, Miami International Airport has direct flights from all over the United States. Upon arrival to Miami, the best means of making it to Coral Gables or wherever you decide to stay is certainly Uber, Lyft or any other rideshare service. If you decide to stay in Brickell or Downtown, the Miami Metrorail system has a few stops that are sure to get you as close as possible to your final destination, including Government Center, Downtown and Brickell.
