Semi Formal! Wear whatever makes you comfortable! No need to buy a new dress or wear a certain color, just use this as an excuse to dress up nice and come out to celebrate! Per Google "For Women: Long gowns, elegant ankle-length dresses, or sophisticated midi-dresses in fabrics like chiffon, silk, or lace. Dressy pantsuits or separates are also appropriate. For Men: A dark suit with a button-down shirt and tie. While not strictly required as in black-tie, a tuxedo is acceptable."
