Since The Roundhouse is a small, boutique hotel, the room block has already been filled. Guests can book directly with The Roundhouse, based on availability, online or over the phone. Please note the room block closes on October 2nd.

In addition to the room blocks reserved above, there are plenty of other hotels in the Fishkill area including the Hyatt House, Wingate by Wyndham, the Residence Inn, and the SpringHill Suites. Also, there are numerous Airbnb options in Beacon, Fishkill, and the surrounding area. Please note that the shuttles being provided for the wedding will only be stopping at the Courtyard and Hilton Garden Inn, so please plan accordingly.

The bus will make 2 trips from The Courtyard & Hilton Garden Inn arriving at The Roundhouse before the ceremony. Both trips will have guests at The Roundhouse with plenty of time prior to the ceremony. First Trip - 3:45pm Second Trip - 4:35pm The bus will make 4 return trips from The Roundhouse to The Courtyard & Hilton Garden Inn following the reception and after party. First Trip - 9:30pm Second Trip - 10:30pm Third Trip - 12:00am Final Trip - 1:00am Please note the final return trip for the bus will be at 1:00am sharp. The bus will be labeled "Marsh/Costello Wedding"

While Uber and Lyft do operate in the area, some times there can be significant wait time for cars, so please plan accordingly.

New York Stewart International Airport
This is the closest airport to Beacon, NY being only 20 minutes away. However, this is a smaller airport and may not have flights for certain points or origin.

Laguardia Airport
NYC has a ton of airport options, but LaGuardia is the closest and most convenient to get to Beacon. Train service via Grand Central Station, car rental, and ride share are all options upon arrival at LaGuardia.

Metro North
The easiest and most efficient way to get to Beacon from NYC is via Metro North Railway out of Grand Central Station. Hop on the Hudson Line (Green) towards Poughkeepsie and get off at Beacon, and from there it's a 5 minute ride to The Roundhouse.
