Ceremony (outside) starts at 5:00 with the reception (inside) following right after. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (4:45) to have time to sign the guest book and find a seat.
Semi-formal attire: We ask that you dress up with us, no need for tuxes or formal gowns, but maybe your favorite suit or cocktail dress (just no blues or whites please!!) Also, the ceremony is outside, with an inside reception! We can’t wait to see you looking your best!
Our venue does NOT permit outside alcohol inside or outside the venue. If you are wishing to drink, our venue has a bar onsite. ***THERE WILL BE A FINE IF ANY OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS FOUND, SO PLEASE ASSIST US WITH MAKING SURE THAT THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE***
Unfortunately, all guests and personal belongings, including vehicles, must be off the property by the end of the event. If you plan on drinking, please make arrangements in advance for safe transportation. There are a few hotels that are accessible via Uber and we strongly encourage you to plan ahead if you think this might be needed. Thank you for being responsible and helping us keep everything running smoothly.
We would love if you could RSVP through the provided link on the invitation. The last day to RSVP is August 3rd. We would greatly appreciate as early as possible to have a head count to give to the vendors.
Due to limited space and our desire for an intimate celebration, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children unless explicitly invited. Thank you for your understanding! If your child is invited, please know our venue has a strict policy: kids must be supervised at all times and shouldn't run or climb on anything. Thanks for helping us respect their rules!
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, both out of respect for the moment and in accordance with our contract with our photographer and videographer. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. During the reception, we ask that you limit phone use to stay present with us. Although, we understand if you need to check in or step away briefly.
Go to the "Nearby Hotels" section on the website. This lists a few hotels in the area, we have not saved any rooms so feel free to look into other places in the area if those do not fit your liking. Keep in mind most Hotels are still roughly 30 minutes away, so Plainfield hotels might be the way to go if you need a place to stay!
*update* We have switched to an open bar for beer, wine, and house spirits. We encourage everyone to enjoy this switch, but please be responsible. Plan ahead if you will need a ride as all vehicles have to be out of the parking lot at the end of the night.
