Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

While the general location is the same for both the reception and ceremony, they will be held in different buildings. Please join us for the ceremony at "The Looking Glass" Restaurant located directly behind the Blue Nose Inn Hotel. Looking Glass Restaurant (CEREMONY): 50 Eden Street, Bar Harbor, ME 04609 Bluenose Inn (RECEPTION): 90 Eden Street, Bar Harbor, ME 04609 The reception will be held in the event room of the Bluenose Inn afterwards.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking located at both the ceremony and reception buildings.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask for guests to wear typical, wedding formal attire and there is no specific color scheme or colors to avoid.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The invitation will list whether or not we offered a guest to bring a plus one. If you have a question/concern please don't hesitate to contact Kent or Alexys!

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully ask for no small children at this event.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cash bar available for alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage purchases.
