Please note that Round Hill, VA is a very small town- ubers and lyfts are not available in the area. We will be providing a shuttle service from Reston Town Center to Round Hill and back to facilitate travel. Please RSVP for the shuttle service using the RSVP section of this website! For folks who opt to drive themselves, please plan on arriving at 3:30 to allow plenty of time to park and walk to the venue. You are welcome to park down the street from the venue (200 yards away) at 35979 Bell Rd., Round Hill, VA 20141, at a neighbor's large parking area (thanks, Paul!). You'll see a sign that says Wedding Parking. If you are driving there and back, please be sure you have a designated driver and kindly coordinate carpooling with friends & family. For guests who will be taking the shuttle, please be at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 2:45PM. Shuttles will leave at 3:00PM on the dot! For guests who are driving to Round Hill, please arrive by 3:45PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM.
If you'd like to drive to the ceremony, please plan on arriving at 3:30 to allow plenty of time to park and walk to the venue. If you are taking the shuttle, feel free to park in the public parking lots in Reston Town Center. The shuttle will pick you upp from the Reston Town Center Hyatt. The buses will be leaving at 3:00 sharp. Please arrive at Reston Town Center at 2:40 to allow adequate time for parking. The ride out to the venue is 35 minutes. Parking in the Reston Town Center Garages is free on weekends and ubers to/from RTC will be readily available.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day for adults only. Thank you for understanding. However, Friday's welcome party in Harpers Square Court is kid-friendly, please bring your whole families!
Suggested attire for the evening is cocktail with sturdy dancing shoes (block or wedge heel for women). Dress as you feel best! Please note that the night's events will take place on grass. Stiletto heels will make for a long night ;)
