We're getting hitched!

It was the Winter of 2023 when Jeff and Alexx decided to go on a roadtrip to the Sequoia National Forest, through Yosemite, all the way to Lake Tahoe to snowboard. Unbeknownst to Alex, Jeff planned this as a chance to propose, although he still knew not where along the ride. Their first stop was to see the General Sherman - the largest tree in the world! Let me remind you, it was Winter, and Alexx does not like being chilly for long, as she is always cold! So Jeff and Alexx hike to the General Sherman and its amazing and grand, but its also a highly-populated tourist area, and Jeff wanted more privacy when he proposed. They then take their second hike and veer off into the forest to see three other famous trees. Alexx noticed Jeff was walking soooooooo slow!! She wanted to squeeze in every activity possible during this trip, but she wanted to move quickly due to the temperature. She started to get a little cranky with Jeff and asked him several times to walk faster so they could see all the sights quicker, yet he remained to walk slower than molasses. Jeff pointed at a tree from across the loop of the hike and said "That one, I want a picture inside that tree. Its so cool!!" So they FINALLY made it to this tree, it was giant and majestic and beautiful - While one side was sadly scorched by a fire, it allowed them to walk inside and capture an unforgettable picture. Jeff was setting up the tripod, which he had done several times up to this point so Alexx thought nothing suspicious. He returned inside the tree where Alexx was nonchalantly looking around, then suddenly pulled Alexx in, got down on one knee, and stayed down there and pulled out the most beautiful ring she had ever seen. Yet he said nothing for a whole minute down there! They were both crying, and luckily she didnt speak first to give him enough room to say "I'm not sure what I'm doing in this life or where I'll be down the road, all I know is that I want you there with me. Will you marry me?" She said Yes! He later explained that he was going so slow cause he was nervous, had a headache, and wanted to find the perfect spot. She felt really really bad, and laughed, and cried some more. The End!
