Alexus and I have shared over 12 years of friendship. We have navigated the hills and valleys of high school, college, and adulthood while sharing smiles, tears, and laughter along the way. Though she possesses many wonderful qualities such as her kindness and welcoming spirit, I am continually amazed by the way she radiates light. Her presence fills any room with sheer joy, which is a testament to the genuine beauty of her soul.

I had the pleasure of meeting these lovebirds early in their relationship and I’m so glad I did! Ive never met two people more meant for each other than Josie and Alexus. My favorite memories are with these lovely ladies; traveling, eating good, and laughing/thrifting HARD. Watching their love grow over the years is a pleasure. Im blessed and honored to be standing beside my best friend, as she marries her soul mate. Josie’s teacher heart shines in everything that she does, and I’m excited to see what the future has in store.

Alexus is my sister. My favorite memory would have to be holding my little sister for the first time. I was very excited and, even at the young age of four, took my job extremely seriously. I also enjoyed watching my mother pick her ‘fro out for the first time and watching Alexus’ confidence bloom. This leads straight into the things I love most about my sister. From a young age, Alexus has advocated love for all things and people. She can move herself to tears when talking about most animals (except the ones that enter her home without permission).

Josie is my sister and has been my best friend as long as I’ve known her. She has always been such a caring and compassionate person and showed me grace even when it was not reciprocated. She has taught me to not only live honestly but to live proudly. If you know Josie you know that she is so much more than the sum of her parts. Growing up, me and Josie spent nearly all of our time together and some of my favorite memories with her are making fun out of nothing. Me and Josie have always loved food so when we were growing up in the summers we often spent our days watching the travel channel and the food network. This was a bad idea because all we had was apples and frozen pizza in our house and we would get really hungry. We decided one day after watching some Andrew Zimmern that we would try to get creative and made a Red Baron frozen pizza and crumbled Nacho Cheese Doritos on top. We thought we were really clever but that pizza sucked. What I love most about Josie is the way she lives what she believes. She believes in people and understands when they need a soft touch or a hard push. I have always looked up to Josie and strive to live my life the way she has thus far. She is my best friend in the world and has been everything I could’ve possibly needed while growing up. I love you Josie and Alexus and I know you two will continue to support each other and grow with each other.

Alexus and I met at work. I was fresh from California and I was told I would be working with a bubbly, outgoing and amazing speech therapist assistant and boy were they right! Alexus exceeded all my expectations! She proved to be an amazing colleague and an even more amazing friend. As the school year progressed, Alexus became my confidant, my go to person when I needed to laugh, vent or needed a google tutorial. Whether she realized it or not she became my support system! Soon we were outing buddies who loved to brunch and shop together. It was clear that I had not only met a new co-worker but I had met a life-long friend! I love Alexus’s laugh, personality, and lets not forget her amazing organizational skills! I’m extremely happy to be a part of her and Josie’s big day, like Alexus, it will be magical!

I met Josie for the first time almost two years ago. We met through our girlfriends, Adia and Alexus. We had a great vibe and lots of yucks so we hit it off right away! Fortunate to have met her, she's always there for her friends and has an upbeat attitude and positive mindset. I love her sense of humor and fun energy! Did you know she can recite every line from the movie Trolls?

Alexus and I met during our freshman year at SFA! She guided me when I felt alone, and always knew how to lift my spirits! One night, I was invited for dinner at Josie’s apartment, broke an ice tray, and the rest is HERstory! When I wasn’t in class I’d be hanging out with Alexus and the girls! I’ve shared so many wonderful moments with these women and I’m so thankful I get to share this one with them as well!

Josie is family to me. We met back in elementary school and we were inseparable. We are so close it's like no time passes the next time we talk! While there are way too many memories to choose from, throwback to when we would listen to music and make raps during Mrs. B’s class and AVID. Josie is endlessly joyful and full of life and can always make a room laugh. Ben and I have grown to deeply cherish our relationship with both of the beautiful brides!

Alexus is one of my favorite humans and was the best college roommate a girl could ask for. When we met, through friends of friends and very much by chance, we clicked instantly. We made so many memories and tackled the adventures of college life together! My favorites of which included always getting to come home to infectious laughter and random dance parties in the kitchen! She was one of the best parts of those 4 years in Nac! My favorite thing about Alexus is how she lights up a room and spreads love, positivity, and warmth! I'm so honored to be apart of this fantastic day and to be able to stand beside her while she embarks on this new chapter with Josie!
