We met at a wedding while we were both at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Mitchell offered me his coat that night — and I turned him down (lol) but a little conversation (and swapping Snapchats, lol) was all it took. From that night on, we just knew something special had started. We spent almost every day together in college and have been inseparable since. From long distance, football seasons, coaching life, career changes, moving states, and plenty of trips to the mountains and beaches. Whether I’m cheering him on from the stands or we’re planning our next getaway, we remain side by side. These past years have been some of the best of our lives, and now we’re excited to make it official and keep building our forever together.
