FAQs

If you have any other questions beyond those below, please reach out to the bride or groom! We know destination weddings require some extra planning and we are happy to help in any way we can!
Question

Are kids invited to the wedding events?

Answer

We love all of your sweet kiddos, but for our special day of events we are requesting adults only attend and hope you will be able to join us!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limitations for our event at the resort we ask that only the people that are on the RSVP list to attend the wedding day events in Mexico. We will be having a later celebration where we will be able to include others.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach Casual, this includes button up shirts for men (can be short sleeved), slacks or dress pants and dresses for women. The one thing we are asking of our guests, minus family, is to please wear green. This can be any variation of green from sage to emerald green! If you want dressier, wear what makes you feel best! Due to the beach ceremony, we would probably recommend some shorter shoes for the ladies!

Question

How long should I be there for?

Answer

We respect that everyone has different schedules and we would love for everyone to make this their own vacation too! Please join us for as short or long as you are able to, we are so happy to be able to be surrounded by our closest family and friends for this milestone.

Question

What should I pack for clothes?

Answer

Swimsuits for the beach/pool, shorts, tank tops and cover ups for the ladies. The restaurants do ask for a little more for dinner; shorts and button ups or golf shirt for men and dresses or nicer shorts and shirts for ladies. You'll need sandals, flip flops, dinner shoes and comfortable walking shoes if you choose to go off resort for an excursion. Don't forget sun protection!

Question

What else should I pack?

Answer

Yourself! Basic shower amenities are provided but bring anything that you prefer along with items like sunscreen or aloe. It is not uncommon for some travel sickness so it would also be a good idea to bring tums and some Advil for those hangovers we'll be getting! These items are available at the resort but the pricing is greatly increased! Being at an all inclusive resort means all your drinks are included, we recommend bringing your own reusable cup/tumbler for being poolside. Bartenders will fill it with whatever you are drinking for the day! A few miscellaneous items that sometimes are easily forgotten: hats, sunglasses, chargers, jewelry, books, footballs, pool bag, waterproof case for your phone.
