Alison's brother, Clayton, made a point of reminding us (not 10 minutes after we'd gotten engaged) that he's ordained. The choice to have him officiate was a no-brainer, and we wouldn't want it any other way!

Sweet Tavis had claimed the role of Ring Bearer long before we were ever engaged. The early plans included a bear costume, and the request to be addressed as the "Ring Bear". We're most likely going to take a more traditional approach, but no promises.
