Thank you so much for looking at the room block! The hotel, Harrah's, is 0.5 miles away from our venue, which equals out to about a three minute drive or a ten minute walk. Due to the close proximity of the hotel to our venue, the hotel manager recommended to not have a shuttle service for after the reception. Harrah's is a casino hotel, but it is still very kid-friendly. The only area that children will not be allowed to go in will be the casino part, which is on the other side of the hotel. The following is directly from the hotel manager: *If you are booking 2 or more nights, you must click the date on the calendar that you are checking in and click the date that you are checking out on. A "book now" button will appear at the bottom of the screen. *Room Release Date Cut Off: Wednesday, June 11, 2025. If you book after this date, the group rate will not apply to your room. *The daily amenity fee of $15 (plus the current room tax) per room, per night, will be assessed on the final bill at check-out. This fee includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access, use of our fitness center and free hotel self-parking. *Valid photo identification and credit card are required by all guests at check-in. A $75 refundable incidental deposit will be assessed per stay. *Check-in 4:00 PM *Check-out 11:00 AM *Early check-in requests can be noted but not guaranteed. If you prefer to arrive early, it is highly recommended to reserve a room the night prior. Early check-in Fees may apply. *Late check-out is subject to advanced approval and availability. If arranged and approved in advance a fee of $15 per hour will apply up to 2PM. *Cancelation policy: *Individuals booking reservations are entitled to free cancelation up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Guest’s canceling their reservation inside of the 72 hour policy will forfeit their advance deposit (first night’s room and tax).
