4:45 PM: Guest Arrival 5:00 PM: Wedding Ceremony outside on the Tuscan Estate Lawn 5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour inside the Barrel Room 6:30 PM: Dinner outside on the Tuscan Estate Courtyard 8:00 PM: Reception inside the Barrel Room 10:00 PM: Send-Off *PLEASE NOTE: We welcome all guests to utilize the shuttle transportation. Shuttles to Wedding Venue will depart from 2 different locations in Carlsbad. Depending on your stay, please choose from the closet location. North Carlsbad location: SpringHill Suites by Marriott 3136 Carlsbad Blvd, Carlsbad, CA 92008 South Carlsbad location: Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach 6450 Carlsbad Blvd, Carlsbad, CA 92011 Shuttles will arrive at each location @ 3:45 PM and depart promptly to the Wedding Venue @ 4:00 PM. All return shuttles to Carlsbad will depart Wedding Venue @ 10:00 PM and make stops at 3 drop-off locations.
