Visa requirements depend on your country of citizenship. Here’s a quick guide for some of our guests: New Zealand: NZ passport holders can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VoA) or apply online for an e‑VOA valid for 30 days. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date. The VoA costs approximately IDR 500,000 (NZD 50–60) plus the Bali tourist levy. You will also need to complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card online (customs, health, and immigration) within 3 days of travel. Malaysia: Malaysian passport holders do not require a visa for visits up to 30 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months. Australia: Australian passport holders can get a Visa on Arrival for 30 days or apply for an e-visa in advance. Your passport must also be valid for at least 6 months. Fiji: Fijian passport holders will need to apply for a B-211A Visit Visa before flying to Bali. Fiji is not eligible for Visa-on-Arrival. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months and apply online through Indonesia’s official e-Visa portal. Tip: Always check the latest Indonesian government travel requirements before booking flights.
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is February 28th 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'NO'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
The villa is approximately 1.5–2 hours from Ngurah Rai Airport. Taxis services such as Grab and Gojek are recommended. Group transfers will be best way to travel from Airport to Candidasa. To enjoy a relaxed travel experience for the wedding festivities, We suggest staying in Candidasa from 4th - 8th September. Candidasa is a rural area of Bali and does not have a lot of Grab/Gojek drivers around. We will arrange drivers for transportation to/from your villa/hotel in Candidasa for the wedding events. If you wish to do excursions whilst in Candidasa, please ensure the company offers pickup/dropoff/hotel transfers. Traveling together? Let us know and we can coordinate transport for your group.
We have listed a range of hotel/resort options in the Accommodation page. However, feel free to do check out where you may want to stay as there are many hotels and villas (for group stays) in Candidasa, Bali.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, It will be addressed in the "RSVP" section. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
