Alex and Charlotte both have family members who are at risk, and very aware of the current situation. We are prayerfully approaching this issue... Our venue is quite large and allows for our guests to very easily socially distance! There have not been any issues with outbreaks or cases of the coronavirus with weddings hosted in the space. Here’s what we’re doing to prevent the spread of Covid 19: All wedding party members will either quarantine for two weeks before the wedding, or receive a negative test before being a part of our day. All vendors will be masked We ask that you, as our guests, also follow the mask mandate and wear masks during the ceremony and reception, unless you are seated and enjoying dinner! Each row and table will be distanced, to ensure space for social distancing. Please sit with immediate members of your family, or anyone that you may have come with.
We will also be providing different colored wristbands so that guests know who would like to be interacted with and who would like to maintain their distance. If you feel uncomfortable staying for the reception, please let us know; but, we would love for you to join us during the ceremony! We are asking that if you have been exposed to symptoms of this virus leading up to the day or around large groups of people without practicing social distancing to please not come. Although we will miss your presence at our wedding we want to make sure that our vulnerable guests coming will be safe. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to either one of us. xx
