What is the venue name?

Answer

We will be getting married at the Sun City Shadow Hills Community Center in Indio, CA.

What is the attire suggested?

Answer

We are requesting guests wear all black formal attire (with the exception of men’s white dress shirts and accessories).

Are plus ones invited?

Answer

We are keeping our special day very intimate and all guests attending will have an invitation addressed to them.

Are children allowed at reception or ceremony?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

What weather should we expect? Indoor or outdoor location?

Answer

We are expecting good weather and have chosen a beautiful outdoor venue with indoor areas and amenities to keep guests warm, if the weather should get too chilly. However, please feel free to bring a coat along so you may remain comfortable as Indio can become quite windy and weather isn’t always predicatable.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have opted out of room blocks to allow our guests more flexibility to choose their own accommodations (hotel, VRBO, Airbnb or family/friends). We have provided a couple hotel suggestions within a close distance to the venue for your convenience on Travel section.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP as soon as possible! Paper invitation will have RSVP option as well as here on our website. Please RSVP no later than Oct. 15th.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

There will be hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner with a selection of meat, chicken, or vegetarian dishes and salad.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Guests will be able to enjoy alcohol at our cash bar if they choose, during cocktail hour and reception as well as complimentary champagne toast.
