Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the Hagadone Event Center, but transportation from the Coeur d'Alene resort to the Hagadone Event Center will also be provided via a boat cruise for guests. Boarding of the boat will take place at 2:45 pm at the Boardwalk Marina Dock of the Coeur d'Alene Resort. The boat will depart at 3:15 pm, so don't be late! Shuttles will be provided from the Hagadone Event Center back to the Coeur d'Alene Resort starting at 7:30pm and until 11pm. Please indicate in your RSVP whether you will be using the provided transportation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 PM to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love our guests to join us in a black tie optional attire. For men dark colored suits or tuxes and for women long colorful dresses are encouraged. Please visit the "Guest Attire Inspo" section of this website to see all the details. The wedding party will be in black tie attire and bridesmaids will be wearing black dresses.

Can I bring a date?

If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Our reception will be held inside.

Is there an after party?

Answer

We are planning for our sendoff to be at 10:00pm, after that we will keep the party going in downtown Coeur d'Alene!

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding!
