Are Children Invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity as a night to relax and enjoy. We would appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

No. Please find alternative arrangements for your little ones.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity, we are only able to accommodate a limited number of plus ones. They will be listed formally on your wedding invitation and appear under your name when you RSVP. Please make sure when you RSVP you are doing so for yourself and your guest.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception is under an open pavilion and two barns.

Is the ceremony and reception all in one location?

Answer

Yes! Everything is being held at Monarch Farms.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are exicted to have a semi-formal wedding! Please dress to impress (dress pants/dress shirt; tie optional, cocktail dresses). Please no blue jeans.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Peacock (Blue/Green color), Terracotta, Beige/White with Gold/Black accents.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes. Parking is a cross the street from the Venue. It is a wide open field with plenty of parking.

Are we allowed to smoke at the venue?

Answer

No! There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the venue grounds. The facility is a smoke free area.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

May 18, 2025. Guests who do not RSVP will not be accommodated.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests be in the ceremony area no later than 2:45pm as our ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

No. Our wedding is BYOB. We will supply water, Gatorades, soda, and some juices. We will have a bartender on site. There will be a "his" and "her" drink available: His Drink: Lake Francis Lemonade -Lemonade -Grand Marnier -Jack Daniel's Whiskey -Splash of Sprite Her Drink: Tarantula Margarita Lime Juice Sour Mix Blue Curacao Tarantula Tequila Please drink responsibly!

Is there a hotel block of rooms?

Answer

Yes! Please contact Best Western of Springfield VT. Please do not book online as the booking rate will not be discounted. You will need to call and say that you are booking a room for the Bly/Henderson Wedding. Phone: 1-802-885-4516. If you are having any issues please let Lexi or Zach know. Thank you!

Will Transportation be provided?

Answer

No. You will be responsible to get yourself to and from the wedding.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Answer

We will be offering a buffet with BBQ style food, but we will touch base with our caters, and have more information on this shortly. Please contact Lexi to let her know what dietary accommodations you would need.

Can I give a toast?

Answer

We are wanting to keep formalities short so we can enjoy the celebration and dance the night away. We will not be accommodating any unplanned toast.

Can I request a song on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! Please keep in mind we will be providing our DJ with the song suggestions you requested on your RSVP. Please understand this is our wedding and there are some artist that we will be telling our DJ not to play (example: Jelly Roll); please do not be offended if our DJ does not play your song(s). We love to dance and we can't wait to boogie down with you all!

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you keep your phone and electronic devices on silent and away during the ceremony. We want you all to be in the moment with us. We are asking that you please do not obstruct our photographer as she will be capturing all our moments.

When will the festivities end?

Answer

Planned events will end at 9:30pm. Everyone will need to be off the venue premises by 10:00pm

Question

Will there be a way for us to share our photos with the bride and groom?

Answer

Yes! Throughout the venue there will be a QR code for you to scan with your phone and upload your photos to a shared document with the Bride and the Groom to view later. Please share ALL the photos of the night: selfies, group photos, etc. We want it all!
