The wedding ceremony and reception with both be held at Epping Forest Yacht Club (1830 Epping Forest Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32217) on Sunday March 14th, 2027. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm in the Formal Gardens and will last 30 minutes followed by cocktail hour at the Main Fountain. The reception will be held after at the Mansion and will end at 10:30 pm.
The deadline to RSVP is January 15, 2027.
Yes! A coach bus will begin picking up guests at 4:00 pm at both the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and the Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Inn. The charter bus will also shuttle back to both hotels to drop off guests until 11:30pm.
There will be plenty of parking at the venue if you decide to drive or carpool! Guests are more than welcome to Uber or LYFT to the venue as well.
We requests our guests to dress in formal attire. We invite guests to dress in elegant garden party attire inspired by colors of spring- think soft pastels and florals!
