Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Crystal Springs Grande Cascade Lodge as well as the Minerals Hotel under the name Schoell - Calvert Wedding. For hotel details and booking information, please visit our travel page. Both the wedding ceremony and after-party will take place at the Grande Cascade Lodge.

When should I reserve my hotel room?

Answer

We recommend booking your hotel rooms as early as possible. Our wedding room block will be available until April 7, 2026. After this date, standard room rates will apply, so be sure to reserve your accommodations before the cut-off to take advantage of our special group pricing.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the venue?

Answer

Our wedding location offers a variety of activities and amenities for you to enjoy during your visit. We warmly encourage you to extend your stay and take full advantage of the resort experience. For recommendations and local highlights, please visit the “Things to Do” section.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Crystal Springs Grande Cascade, transportation is not needed!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. For men, this typically means a suit and tie. For women, we suggest a long evening gown, a sophisticated cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Please note that portions of the event will be held outdoors, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and choosing appropriate footwear.
