Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a motor coach that can accommodate 50 people leaving the Hampton Inn & Suites Elk Grove promptly at 5:00 pm. Please be at the hotel ready to load onto the shuttle by 4:45 pm. From the Grand Island Mansion back to the Hampton Inn & Suites Elk Grove, the shuttle will have two departure times: 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie optional, please. Black-tie optional is a signal that the couple wants guests to dress up but doesn't want to require ultra-fancy attire. For women, this generally means a full-length silhouette. For men, a tux isn't required but welcomed.

Yes, there is parking on-site.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive by 5:45 pm in order to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 pm.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
