A Nuptial Mass is the celebration of the sacrament of marriage in the Catholic Church. There will be an opportunity to receive communion during the mass. Holy Communion implies belief in Catholic teachings, and it is reserved for fully initiated, practicing Catholics. We kindly ask that you do not receive communion if you are not Catholic, or are not prepared to do so.
To honor the sacredness of the occasion and the church, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to a formal dress code that combines elegance and modesty. For the Ladies: We request floor-length or midi dresses and skirts, ensuring that shoulders and knees are covered. Tops and dresses should have sleeves or be paired with a shawl, wrap, or shrug if sleeveless, and we ask that you avoid low necklines or backless dresses. You may also choose to wear a chapel veil or mantilla during the church ceremony, though this is optional. For the Men: We request you wear either a suit/tux or khakis paired with a collared, button down shirt and tie or bow tie. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to celebrating this joyous occasion with you in a manner that respects the sanctity of our venue and the formality of the event.
I probably spelled your name incorrectly or used your full name/nickname, just send me a text, and I will manually RSVP for you. (412) 818-6020
Please plan on being at least 30-45 minutes early to give yourself time to park, and find your seat. The ceremony will begin at exactly 12 o'clock! It is important to note that there is a Pitt football game scheduled to be played in Pittsburgh on the day of our wedding so please account for the possibility of running into traffic!
We kindly ask that you DO NOT take photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We have a few important reasons for this request: 1. Respect for the Sacredness of the Church: The ceremony takes place in a church, which is a sacred space. Flash photography and the use of cameras can be disruptive and disrespectful to the sanctity of the ceremony. 2. Consideration for Our Professional Photographers: We have hired professional photographers to capture our special day. Allowing them to do their job without interference ensures that we get the best possible photos. Having multiple cameras and flashes going off can interfere with their work and affect the quality of the photos. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the reverence of our ceremony and allowing our photographers to capture every moment beautifully. Thank you!
September 1st by noon! I will need to give our caterers and reception venue an accurate head count by that date to ensure we have enough seats and food for everyone!
Our wedding registry can be found on the registry tab at the top of the page!
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation/the RSVP section.
