When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP no later than September 30th, 2024 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all your little ones! However we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night out! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Formal attire is requested. For gentlemen this may include a traditional suit or a jacket & tie. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time to park and find your seat.

What should I expect/look for upon arrival?

Answer

StoneHurst at Hampton Valley has placed a red Old Ford pickup truck at the main entrance in front of the gate so it can be easily seen by our guests. There are two different wedding venues on the property - our wedding will be taking place in the beautiful Barns! Parking greeters will be placed at the gates of the property to guide guests into their assigned parking area.
