Ken WootenKen Wooten

Man of Honor

Ken and I met on the first day of band camp back in 2010. That same year, Ken won tickets to meet Never Shout Never, but the concert fell on our second marching competition of the season. I still wish we had skipped. However, we totally made up for it with our 100 plus concerts during our years as roommates. Thank you for always holding down our spot in the pit. Thank you for agreeing to hold my bouquet on the big day.

Jeanna BurchJeanna Burch

Matron of Honor

After being placed in a random work training group with Jeanna, she very quickly became one of my nearest and dearest. We went from being temps at work to being permanent fixtures in each other's lives. I look forward to doing wifehood with you. I can’t wait to see you at my side at the aisle, and I can't wait to see you and Mike on the dance floor.

Ashli FrazierAshli Frazier

Bridesmaid

I always wanted a sister, and Ashli always wanted a sibling. Thank goodness our moms were neighbors, basically making us so. 20 years ago, were separated by only a fence and the hallways of Durham MS. We have been all over the country since the 6th grade, and no matter the distance we have faced, I could not imagine my special day without her standing by my side—just like she did on the first day of school all those years ago.

Hayley McDougalHayley McDougal

Bridesmaid

Mine and Hayley's friendship is forever evolving. We went from baking cookies and tie-dye at her childhood home to loving one another deeply and not only witnessing, but standing together at our respective weddings. I love reading books with you, I love being inspired by you, and I will love having you by my side as I say “I do.”

De'Shan ThompsonDe'Shan Thompson

Officiant

De'Shan has known the bride since Ms. Stewart's 2nd period math class in 6th grade. The rest has really been history. The bride and groom are honored to have him play this role in their special day. We already know his speech is going to be iconic.

Jonntel NealJonntel Neal

Best Man

My partner in crime since Elementary school. JT’s been there for every win, loss, and questionable decision. He’s the guy I trust with everything “Never stressed, always fresh. Might nap mid-ceremony.”
