Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for all travelers. Make sure yours doesn’t expire within 6 months of the wedding date.

Please book flights into Cancun International Airport (CUN) , it's the closest to our resort.

What hotel should I stay at? Is there a group rate or room block?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at AVA Resort for our guests. Please book through our link for the group rate. Please note if you do not book through our link you will not be officially counted toward the final RSVP.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Think beachy elegance! Bring the glam, but make it breathable! We’re asking guests to embrace formal looks in lighter fabrics and colors. Suits in linen or cotton, or chic dresses in bold prints or tropical shades are perfect. Feel free to swap ties for open collars, and add pops of fun with accessories. Ladies’ Note: The ceremony will be on the beach, stilettos may sink—think wedges, block heels, or stylish flats for comfort.

Will the events be indoors, outdoors, or both?

Answer

Most of our events will be outdoors, so plan for warm weather and bring sunglasses, hats, or a light shawl.

What is the expected weather in May in Mexico?

Answer

It’s typically warm and sunny with tropical breezes. Nights may be cooler, so pack a light layer.

Are meals and drinks included at the resort?

Yes! The resort is all-inclusive—so enjoy unlimited food, drinks, and fun.

If your invitation included a plus one, absolutely! Please include them in your RSVP.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided for all wedding-day events.

Your presence is the best gift! However, if you’d like to give, we have CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle accounts that you find on the registry tab.

Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-friendly meal options?
