What is the dress code and color palette?

Semi-Formal: For men: Suits or dress slacks with a button‑down shirt and tie. A blazer or jacket is encouraged. For women: Gowns To help you coordinate with the spirit of the day, we’ve included a thoughtfully curated color palette template. This guide is meant to inspire your attire and ensure our celebration feels beautifully harmonious.

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
Seating will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and the ceremony will start at 6:00 PM sharp. Please note that guests arriving after 5:30 PM will not be seated until after the ceremony concludes.

We also kindly ask that all phones and electronic devices be turned off during the ceremony. Pictures need to be authentic, so we invite you to be fully present in the moment and allow our photographer to capture the memories for us.

Dinner will be in a three course meal setting.

Will transportation be provided between ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, we will have a bus pick up and drop off time set up and ready to go for the wedding day. Those who are staying in the resort are only 5 minutes away from the venue. Those who are staying at the venue do not need to worry about transportation.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The event is mostly outdoors so make sure to keep in mind clothing as it will be warm and maybe bring a portable fan if you get hot easily!

How will I know where I am staying?
Answer
Our immediate family will be staying at the wedding venue to make the most of this special occasion. All other guests will be accommodated at a resort just five minutes away. To ensure everyone’s comfort and convenience, transportation will be provided between the resort and the venue. We look forward to celebrating together and making the journey as seamless as possible!

For both the venue and the resort, check-in is at 5:00 PM on Friday and check-out is at 10:00 AM on Sunday.

For those who would like to join us after the wedding, we’ll be heading to Puglia, Italy. On June 21st, we plan to return to Rome and then travel to Bari Airport to begin exploring the beauty of Puglia together. Please note that accommodations will be arranged individually, so you’ll have the flexibility to choose what works best for you. We’re excited to share this adventure and create unforgettable memories with those who wish to accompany us!
