Austin in January is typically on the chilly side, with a good chance of rain! For our out of town/state guests, we encourage packing a jacket and sneakers for any time you may be spending around ATX!
We ask that all family and the wedding party please arrive in Austin by Friday, January 2nd. For the big day... Please be at the venue by 4:00pm, the ceremony will start at 4:30pm, and we want to make sure you have time to say hello and find a seat! **Please note - guests arriving later than 4:25pm will not be permitted entry until the conclusion of the ceremony.
We will not have shuttles, but the venue is very close to our house. Should you choose, you're welcome to park there and ride share/uber with other guests doing the same.
No. We ask that all guests refrain from photography or videography during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture the moment, and we would love to encourage your full presence during this time.
Yes! We will have a selfie mirror and a plenty of opportunity to take fun photos. We encourage you to post any snaps you capture at your will! We will also have a designated "disposable camera" app, where you can take a few photos and they will collectively be uploaded into one shared album for all guests to access.
We will have a variety of cuisine, with accommodations for Vegetarian diets. We have a limited quantity of Vegan and Gluten Free available as well, so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have a dietary restriction and we will make our best effort to accommodate.
We will have our grand exit around 10:00pm. Please ensure you are packed up and ready to roll out so our cleaning staff has adequate time to return the venue to it's pristine condition.
