FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. Please make sure to RSVP by April 30, 2025. Any responses received after the deadline will be considered a decline of the invitation attending the wedding without RSVPing will mean you won’t have a seat at the reception.

Question

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by April 30, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed. If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Alexis as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your wedding invitation envelope. When you RSVP, please only list the names on the envelopes. If only part of your party can come, please let us know ASAP!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your children, but we've decided to have an adults-only wedding except for our wedding party. We're excited to celebrate with you and hope you enjoy a parents' night out! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so that you can celebrate with us.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the official ceremony starting at 5:00 p.m. so you can settle before the proceedings. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Our wedding is a formal event. Ladies should opt for floor length dresses and gentlemen should wear tuxedos or suits. Please no jeans or sneakers. Come dressed to impress! The wedding couple will be casting their votes for the best dressed guest and the winner will receive a special gift!

Question

Is there a specific color palette I should know about?

Answer

We kindly encourage our favorite people to dress in soft neutral colors on our special day. A color palette will be included with your formal invite!

Question

Is there a hotel arrangement for the guests?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at the Homewood Suites By Hilton Conroe and the Holiday Inn Piney Shores Resort for a discounted rate. If you have not booked your room already, please respond to the RSVP that you will need accommodation.
