What does Black Tie Mean? What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie = preferred floor length gowns and nice suits (no tuxedos/bowties required) Colors = you can whatever color you would like (except white of course). Our wedding colors are pale pink/purple and sage green, free to join in on the colors or wear what fits your fancy! NO JEANS PERMITTED

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests that are invited to the private ceremony should arrive at 4:30pm to be seated no later than 4:50pm! If you arrive after 5:00pm you will be asked to wait outside the ceremony location.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Due to limited space a private ceremony is being held prior to the reception. If you are a reception only invitation, please arrive at 6:00pm for cocktails and celebrations!

Open Bar or Cash Bar?

Answer

We will have a Cash Bar **important to note: PAYMENT is ONLY CREDIT/DEBIT they only accept cash tips** all water, soda, coffee is covered by us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limited space, no children under the age of 14 years are allowed and only those specifically invited, ages 14-17, are permitted.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

If using our hotel room blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn, be sure to reserve a room before 2/20/2026!!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, The Crawford provides free parking for wedding events as well as overnight parking.

What if I have food allergy or food restrictions?

Answer

We will be having Uncle Bub’s Barbecue as our caterer with chicken and pulled pork options. If you have a food allergy or restriction please let Alexis know by RSVP date so we can accommodate.
