I am Alexis’s cousin and I am blessed to say she is not only my family but also my friend! Alexis is always been someone I have admired and looked up to. I can remember being a little kid and always wanting Alexis to dress me up and do my makeup, so I could be sparkly and fabulous like her! I spent a lot of my childhood hanging out with my favorite cousin. One of our favorite memories includes me falling asleep with Lexi and forgetting to spit my gum out... needless to say we woke up in the middle of the night tangled in bubble gum! Many jars of peanut butter later, we were free! I can’t wait to stand by her side on her big day, and add so much more to our memory book!

I have known my cousin my whole life and we have shared many great memories. One of my favorite was having the chance to go to her college graduation and cheering her along as she walked across the stage. It’s a great feeling to be able to call her my cousin knowing all the achievements she had gotten. And now I get to be apart of her wedding!! Just many more memories to add!

Hello, my name is Paige and I am so excited to be there for my favorite girl cousin on her wedding day! I can remember her babysitting me when I was little and playing dress up and making me into her little princess and now I get to watch her become the Queen that she is with the love of her life! Alexis/Lexi and I go waaaaay back. So much so that I can't remember exactly how old we were - I think maybe 10? Lexi and I met thanks to our mutual love of figure skating and we've spent countless hours together from that point on. From sessions at the rink, to sleepovers, to gallivanting around Chicago, to celebrating life's milestones of marriage and kids, she's been a true OG in my life and I am beyond grateful for our friendship. She's one of the most loyal and sincere, not to mention hilarious, people I've been blessed to know and I am so honored to stand by her side as she marries Ryan.

Lexi and I met at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago during a trade show as our booths faced each other. During introductions we had the I'm Alyx, I'm Alexis laugh, which basically meant instant friends! We continued to see each other from state to state during the busy season of trade show life. That world is so unique that within it you find a family to get through the life of living out of a suitcase. I will never forget the day Lexi said "you will be in my wedding one day, just giving you plenty of time to accept it. Note this was well before she'd even met Ryan and I'm pretty sure we hadnt even known each other a year at that point" That's a perfect example of the lifelong friendship you get with Lexi, who sees the best in everyone and has the kindest heart on the world!!!!!

I am so blessed to call Alexis my beautiful cousin. I have know her my entire life. I’m so excited to be standing with her on this most important day in her life. She has stood by me through thick and thin. Whether it was just having a girls night doing facials and playing with makeup and her doing my hair, or we were out cruising around and getting late night Steak N’Shake when either of us just needed a little break from life for a moment, she has always been there for me. She is much more like a sister than a cousin to me. I’m so proud of the woman she has become.

With only 3 years between us we were destined to be each other’s very first Best Friend. She is and always will be my very first best friend. When Lexi asked me to write a little something about how we met I thought to myself. Does she want a novel? From countless sleepovers, late night cooking experiments, making music videos, putting on plays for our family, makeovers, and many other shenanigans. Over the years I have watched Lexi grow into such a beautiful woman. So, caring, loving, and selfless. I couldn’t be prouder of her and the beautiful life she has made for herself. I can’t wait to watch her walk down the aisle to marry the love of her life. Ryan sure is one lucky man. In closing, I give you this promise. I’m Nikki Chilton the beautiful brides cousin! I feel so honored to be included in Lexi and Ryans special day. I also humbly accept the role for most “experienced”, aka oldest, bridesmaid alongside this group of beauties. Lexi and I have always shared a bond but our friendship has bloomed strong over the recent years. It has been a blessing to watch her life unfold as fiancé and stepmother to Brody and how she seamlessly nailed becoming a new Mama to sweet baby, Kace. And I have to be honest, I always secretly admired her. From her ability to bring light to a room with her joyful spirit. To her creativity and her eye for fashion and the finer things. Oh and of course, her ability to organize her closet by sleeve length and color as a teenager. Well done Ryan, you found one of the best.
