What should I do if I need to update my RSVP?

Answer

You can update it through the RSVP tab, or contact us as soon as possible.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at The Holiday Inn and Fairfield Inn. You can book a room at a discounted rate using our Code “LFW”. Please go to the travel section on our website to find more information and book through our link.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at one of our listed hotels, there is a Taxi service that will be offering rides to and from the hotel to the venue at $20per ride.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:00 PM to ensure you are seated and settled before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is Parking available for all of our guest in the front of the venue.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors with outdoor space.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Semi-Formal. We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration. We do ask to please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or any other colors that may picture as white.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love to see children laugh and play, we are only able to extend our invitation to our nieces, nephews and our wedding party. We hope you will understand our decision and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Answer

As much as we adore our furry friends, our venue kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

There will be a beer and wine cash bar throughout the day.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What COVID19 precautions are you taking?

Answer

For ours and our guests safety, we please ask you to let us know as soon as possible and stay home if you are feeling sick, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid. We will also be providing disposable masks for those of you who would feel more comfortable wearing one. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us.
