Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 5th, 2025. To do so you may scan the QR code provided with the invitations or mail back the provided RSCP card.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation you received will be accommodated. For example your envelope would list " your name & guest ". Also if you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. To know if your children are invited the listed envelope will say " your last name family ". It will also appear when you RSVP online if your child(ren) are invited

What If I didn't RSVP in time ?

Answer

If we do not receive a RSVP by July 5th it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending ". We will miss celebrating with you but it is important we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the necessary time frame. Thank you for understanding !

Where is the Reception located ?

Answer

The reception is being held at The Watchtower Lodge at 1510 46th Ave Rock Island IL 61201. It is a part of the Black Hawk State Park, The building we are using is on the left side of the road. Please use the second turn in spot.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our guest is summer formal. This means summery colors like yellows , blues, pinks and greens; and floral patterns. Ladies are welcome to wear maxi or midi length dresses. Men should wear button up shirts and slacks or a full suit. Please try to wear lighter colored suits and shirts to match the theme. Please do not wear jeans. Please refrain from wearing the colors white, sage green, navy blue and dusty blue as these are the wedding party colors.

Is there a hotel block ?

Answer

We are not formally booking at hotel blocks. Please book your desired hotel or Airbnb that best suits your budget. If you are looking for accommodations we would suggest: Stoney Creek Hotel - Moline IL Bally's Quad City Casino & Hotel - Rock Island IL Element - Moline IL

What are My Options for Transportation ?

Answer

There is Free Parking at both the Ceremony and Reception, if you choose to drive. There is Uber and Lyft available as well for those who plan on drinking

Answer
