Andrew and Alexis first met in July of 2022 through mutual friends at General Beauregard's in Athens GA. What started as a casual night out quickly turned into the beginning of something special. Not long after meeting, Andrew decided to ask Alexis on their first date in a way that perfectly showed his personality. He sent her a playful “subscription-style” text asking if she would go on a date with him and instructed her to reply YES or NO. It was simple, funny, and impossible to resist so of course, Alexis said YES. Just two weeks into dating, Andrew knew he didn’t want to waste any time. He asked Alexis to be his girlfriend, and from that moment on the two have been inseparable. Throughout their relationship, Andrew and Alexis have supported each other through every season of life. Alexis has stood by Andrew’s side as he pursues his dream of becoming a country music artist, cheering him on and helping him grow his career. Andrew has been just as supportive of Alexis through her college journey and the many changes that came with discovering her own path and dreams. When they’re not chasing their own goals, you’ll usually find Andrew and Alexis spending time with their beloved fur babies, riding horses, traveling to new places, and making memories with family and friends. One of the most important parts of their relationship is continuing to grow together in their faith and trusting God’s plan for their lives. From a simple text message to a lifetime commitment, Andrew and Alexis are so grateful for the journey that brought them here and they cannot wait to celebrate the beginning of their forever with the people they love most.
