When should I RSVP by?

Please reply by May 15, 2026 at the latest. If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please let us know as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests should arrive at 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Newport Elegance. For women, this means a floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. For men, a tuxedo is not required, but a dark suit and tie is appropriate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is self-parking available in front of the venue. Please ensure you are parked in the leftmost parking lot directly in front of the Island House.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved hotel blocks at the Wyndham Hotel and Residence Inn. Please reserve your room as soon as possible as space is limited. We also have a 20% link for the Holiday Inn as an additional accommodation. We also recommend friends and family consider booking homes together through Airbnb or VRBO for a more affordable option. Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely! The reception will feature a seated dinner, dessert, and open bar. Meal options will be requested with your RSVP.
