By when should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by June 1st. Formal invitations will be mailed in March.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, please list any dietary restrictions or food allergies so we can let our caterer know.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nothing too formal and anything you can tear it up on the dance floor in. However, please note the Treman Center is a beautifully renovated barn, with breathtaking masonry in the stone courtyard, surrounded by lush lawns. Please choose footwear accordingly.

Is there parking at the Treman Center?

Answer

Parking is available at the Treman Center. However, we will be serving up plenty of delicious wine, beer, and spirits. For your safety, please consider taking the shuttle, or using an Uber or Taxi.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for a shuttle service that will be making several stops throughout Ithaca **Even if you are not staying at the Fairfield Inn, please consider catching the shuttle to the Treman Center at one of the stops, or consider taking an Uber or taxi. Return shuttles will leave the Treman Center regularly from 9:30pm until 11:30pm.

Where can I catch the shuttle?

** Please note: Check back closer to the wedding date for the most up-to-date info. 3:00pm - 1st stop: 27 Beckett Way - This is a private residence which Alexis's mother has rented for the week. It is just north of Ithaca, on the east side of the lake. If you are staying at an AirBnB near here, consider parking in the driveway and hopping on the shuttle. 3:20pm - 2nd stop: 416 Old Taughannock Blvd - This is a public parking lot with parking allowed for 24hr. You can find it right before you get to town when coming in from the west side of the lake. While the parking lot is big, it is a very popular place to park in the summer. 4:00pm - 3rd stop: Fairfield Inn & Suites - We have a block of rooms at this hotel, but the Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn are next door, so consider catching the shuttle from here if you are staying at any of these hotels. ** Return shuttles will leave regularly, starting at 9:30pm, and dropping people off at each of these locations.
