We met at my great uncles 60th birthday party. I was talking with my cousin Allan, and Nick was talking to my cousin Tony. Tony came over and was talking with Allan and then they both pushed Nick and I into a room, introduced us, told us to talk and then left us both alone with each other. At first it was very awkward as we are both very shy people, but after talking we just clicked. At the end of the night, we swapped numbers and snapchats, gave each other a hug, and parted ways for the night. We started texting and planning our first date the next day. A few weeks later, we were bowling for our first date, then a movie for our second, and a Bucks Game for our third which also happened to be Nick's 23rd birthday. We started hanging out more and more and finally 46 days later, Nick asked me to be his girlfriend on December 28th 2022. Since we've been together, Nick not only opened up and shared his heart with me, but he also let me love on a very special part of his heart and be involved in being a role model and helping Leo grow up. Nick and I took our first roadtrip to Kentucky for my brothers baseball tournament July of 2023, had many trips up to my family's cabin, and even went to the Light's festival. October 2023, we found out we were expecting. A huge surprise for us both, but an even bigger blessing. We welcomed our daughter Charlotte in June of 2024. We spent most of that summer soaking in baby snuggles and spending time as a family with Charlotte and Leo. We took our first family vacation with both of our kids in November 2024 to Disney! And finally, on Christmas Day 2024 Nick got down on one knee in our kitchen, and asked me to marry him. The four of us cannot wait to finally celebrate becoming a family with you all by our side!
