WHERE IS THE WEDDING HAPPENING?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Woods at Eisler Farms. Address: 531 Dick Road, Butler, PA 16001 There is a large parking lot available at the venue. We also have a direct school bus shuttle service set up to transport guests from the Hampton Inn parking lot to the venue. Specific shuttle time information will be available closer to the wedding date; it will make multiple trips.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The Woods at Eisler Farms is primarily an outdoor venue. The ceremony space is completely outdoors. In the event of any inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the reception tent. The cocktail hour will be primarily outdoors and connects into the main reception tent. The main reception area is a massive garden tent. The venue is equipped with heaters in the event of it being a cold October day.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation and names will appear on the RSVP link of the wedding website once active. If you received a plus one or the invite is for a family household, the guest names will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night out!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony meaning that we kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photographs/videos on phones or cameras during the ceremony specifically. We would love for you to be fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture these moments and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception! We will also have a photobooth available!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes, of course! We will be serving beer, wine, liquor, two specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The drinks are on us!
