FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our family and friends to dress up with us! We are requesting formal for all our guests. The ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels! Also, please avoid short dresses. Thank you.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when your RSVP. If you do not have a plus one but decide to bring one anyway, they will be turned away. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired amazing professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an open wine and beer bar!

Question

Are there any colors that should be avoided wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, creams and also avoid black, due to this being a garden formal wedding!

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided it will be marked as a “No.” We do this to allow enough time for our vendors to prepare and to provide our venue with the guest count in a timely manner. Due to this we will not accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to one of us if there is a problem and you are unsure if you will be able to attend or not. Please RSVP by May 1st, 2024.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed at the ceremony until after it is finished.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Follow the address listed on the invitation and there will be a parking attendant outside to help.
