I already booked, but would like to extend my stay, am I able to do that?
Answer
Absolutely! Many guests have chosen to arrive early or stay longer. However, as we get closer to the date of arrival, availability becomes more and more limited. Please reach out to Peter for availability and pricing information.
Question
Am I able to stay at another resort and come to the wedding?
Answer
You can! You are not required to stay at Beaches Turks and Caicos in order to come to our wedding. However, there will be a resort wedding pass that would have to be purchased in order to enter the resort for the wedding. Reach out to Peter for more information and pricing.

Where are the Bride and Groom Staying?
Answer
We are staying in the Key West Village! We will post our room number on here as soon as we arrive incase y'all want to stop by!

How big is the resort?
Answer
The resort is fairly large and spread out. However, I have been told that the main part of the resort is within a short 10-minute walk from everything you need. If you have any mobility concerns, there are golf carts available for rent. Reach out to Peter for more details and any additional information.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
You can! Kids are welcome and encouraged to the wedding and reception! The resort is family friendly and offers a plethora of activities for them to do (as well as included nanny services!)

When are final payments due for the resort?
Answer
All final payments are due 60 days prior to your arrival and can be handled through the Sandals website, app or through Peter.
Question
I booked my stay on my own, will I have a seat at the wedding?
Answer
Yes, however, please text Alexis or Martin with your booking number to ensure you are added to the guest list and have an available seat for the events!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please do! Text Martin or Alexis immediately so we can accommodate your needs!

Can I bring a plus one or add someone to my room?
Answer
Sure! Give Peter a call and check availability! A couple of our guests have done this and there is a cost benefit!

What should I pack?
Answer
Swimwear, sunscreen, beachwear, dressy outfits for events, and comfortable footwear for sand and grassy areas. DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT

Do I need to attend all of the events?
Answer
Not at all! We want you to enjoy your vacation too! Come to what you can, relax when you want, and enjoy the trip at your own pace.
Question
When are the Bride and Groom leaving the resort?
Answer
We will be leaving the resort on 10.31.26, the day after the wedding. We will do our best to make sure we say goodbye to each and every one of you before we head off to our honeymoon!
