We're getting married!

If you ask Landon, it was a “series of strange circumstances” that led to their meeting but if you ask Lexi, it was fate. Landon sat next to a guy named Nathan at UNH Freshman Orientation for Physics majors in June of 2017. Then again at the Welcome Weekend at the Whittemore Center in August. They become friends. Lexi attended St. Mary's Academy for first and second grade where she made a friend named Bri. They lost touch when Lexi moved to public school for third grade. Fast forward to December of 2021, when Lexi was working as sixth grade math teacher at the same school while completing her first year of graduate school at UNH. Bri started working at SMA and Lexi and Bri reconnected. In the Spring, they realized they had a class together at UNH and drove to class together once or twice. Bri and Nathan were dating, (now married) and invited both Landon and Lexi to the party. Landon and Lexi really hit it off at the party. They talked the whole party about everything from math to TKD to hiking to teaching to engineering to the Jeep to Ted Talks and more. Landon laughed at Lexi’s math jokes. So either he thought she was really cute or he really liked math. To this day, Lexi doesn’t know which one it was. Lexi figured out he was single during the party and timed it so she left the party at the sametime. All she got was a “Cheers Mate”. However, about an hour after she got home from the party, she got a friend request from Landon on Instagram. She accepted and sent him a message a few days later. Landon likes to tell people her opening line was a Ted Talk. He can tell people whatever he wants, that Ted Talk got her her soon to be hubby!
