Matron of Honor
As Alexis' day one (literally) these two have the typical big/little sister dynamic. Stefanie tells Alexis she's adopted and Alexis "borrows" all of her clothes. Don't be surprised if Alexis is wearing something of Stef's on the big day. Alexis looks up to her older sister and copies her every move. For example, Stef was a cheerleader, so Alexis became a cheerleader. Stef got married on the 22nd, so Alexis had to get married on the 22nd. Despite their many similarities and differences, as well as the last name change, they will always be Big Lesh and Little Lesh.
Best Man
Brian is Kevin's younger and slightly shorter brother. He's known him his whole life. The two have been best buds since playing every sport imaginable in the backyard, as well as in the house; a broken window or two could vouch for that. Their friendship has remained strong through countless fights and Emergency Room trips (Kev's scar on his forehead is Brian's fault), so there's a good chance it'll last forever. Talk to Brian about the Patriots, the Red Sox, or video games. He says he majored in Computer Engineering at Boston University, but we all know he was just gaming for four years.
Bridesmaid
Alexis and Anna met through Fordham Cheerleading and became roommates shortly after. She's a lover of oysters, French bulldogs, and martinis. Fun fact: she is the friend group's unofficial dog sitter! A topic of debate includes the right way to order a dirty martini so you end up with mostly olive juice. Beware, you'll likely leave the wedding having purchased at least one item from the company she works for, Apparis.
Groomsman
Kev and Nicky met each other freshman year at Fordham, but Kevin took a while to warm up to him. Nicky just knew Kevin as the kid in his lifting group that could bench press more than everyone. They got to know each other better when they lived together sophomore year, and again for 3 years once they graduated. Nicky loves to walk around the city (ahead of the rest of the group) and golf.
Officiant and Bridesmaid
Alexis and Krista met through Fordham Cheerleading but both hail from Westchester so it was like they knew each other their whole lives. A few years ago, Krista got ordained online and ever since, Alexis and Kevin knew she'd be the one to marry them. Her talent is telling you the latest headlines courtesy of New York Post, along with what recent crime has happened near (or in) your apartment building. She is also always down for a pickle back shot.
Groomsman
Eddy and Kevin met as roommates in the city. Ed made quite a first impression when he came to the Fordham homecoming game, and the two have been best buds ever since. Eddy and Kevin enjoy having weird philosophical arguments and playing golf together. You can talk with Eddy about Notre Dame lacrosse and playing Catan. Make sure to ask him about his arch nemesis Mark.
Bridesmaid
As Alexis' best friend from high school, the two have shared over a decade of memories and adventures, most recently traveling to Israel together on Birthright. They never strayed too far apart, as Amy now lives in downtown Manhattan as well. If you give Amy a piece of piping hot pizza, she just might tell you funny and embarrassing stories from their teenage years.
Groomsman
Kevin has known Dakota since the second grade, ever since Dak scored 10 goals against Kevin's AYSO soccer team. They then connected on their love for the Beatles (Kevin was lying about being a fan so he could make a new friend) and the Boston Red Sox (Dakota didn’t know what baseball was so Kevin converted him quickly). They’ve been friends ever since. Talk to Dak about Golf or Fantasy Football!
Bridesmaid
Alexis and Nicole became close through (you guessed it) Fordham Cheerleading! The two also lived together in an off-campus apartment and they joke it was the nicest apartment they would ever live in. However, Nicole is now a homeowner and the only person Alexis would go to New Jersey for. She is also a fellow dog mom to Finley and a fan of the cinematic masterpiece, Love Island on Hulu.
Groomsman
Kev and Roman met on the football team freshman year at Fordham. You wouldn’t know it if you saw him now, but the big guy played Defensive Line! Kev and Roman lived together for 2 years in NYC after graduating. If you start talking with him about college football, he may never, ever stop.
Bridesmaid
Alexis and Mackenzie (you can call her Mack) met through Fordham Cheerleading... shocking! At one point, her and her sisters made up about 50% of the team. For context, she is the oldest of 4 siblings with her younger 3 sisters being triplets! She is a lover of Bagatelle's boozy brunch, Jones Beach concerts, and most importantly, Gossip Girl. Follow her on TikTok: @mackenziemeyer_
Groomsman
When Kevin and Eric first met, Eric denied Kevin from playing on his intramural soccer team at Fordham. It took years for Kevin to convince Eric that he was halfway decent at soccer, and now they’ve played on a men’s team together for years. Kev sang “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” at Eric’s wedding at the Bronx Zoo last year, and Eric might just return the favor at this wedding… Eric is nice enough to give you the shirt off his back, but that might be because he was going to take his shirt off anyway.
