When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by May 17th. You may RSVP online via our website, or by mail. Hotel room bookings are due by May 27th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at The Atrium at 4:00 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. This may include dresses or jumpsuits for women, and dress shirts and slacks for men. Formal suit & tie are not required!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle provided to and from the Hampton Inn Butler to The Atrium. Shuttle time from the Hampton Inn pre-ceremony will be at 3:30 & 4:00 PM, and shuttle time post-reception from The Atrium will be at 10:45 & 11:15 PM. Please keep in mind that these are DEPARTURE times. Please allow time for boarding!

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is onsite & free. Cars are allowed overnight but must be moved by the following day by 9 AM.

Plus-ones & children?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, the venue's space is limited! Plus-ones & children are limited to those directly addressed on the formal invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to Alexis.
