How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is a link here on this website to allow you to RSVP for you and your family. If you have troubles with this in any way, please contact Lexi as soon as possible to make sure we have you included in our final guest count.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

To help us in our planning process, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible! However, the RSVP deadline is Saturday, April 12th, 2025. We understand that not all of you will be able to attend, but please let us know! We will be informing our vendors of our final guest count in a timely manner and will include all unanswered RSVP's as a 'no'.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so please arrive between 3:30-3:45 pm to allow for ample time for parking, finding your seats, and getting situated.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will follow shortly after the ceremony at the same venue location, so no need to travel again until you decide to call it a night!

How should I get from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle service provided, so it is important to have travel plans set in place before the party! The venue is approximately 20 minutes driving distance from the recommended hotels. There is plenty of parking available at the venue!

When will we eat?

We plan for dinner to start at 6:00 pm, but there will be plenty of snacks and appetizers during cocktail hour!

Will there be a cash bar?

Answer

We are so excited to have been able to host you all for a night of dinner and dancing! Unfortunately, we could not also provide an open bar - please bring cash/card to purchase drinks during the reception and cocktail hour!

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes. Our intention is to have an outdoor ceremony, so please dress comfortable and classy!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. Let our photographer capture these moments while you are present with us! We will share our album with you all as soon as possible.
