Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at Regions Tower in Indianapolis. Address: 211 N Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 - Floor 5

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP via mail by June 6th, 2024. If you have not submitted your RSVP by June 6th, you will be marked down as a "no response." This will allow us an appropriate amount of time to respond to our vendors with a headcount.

When do I need to book my hotel accommodations by?

Answer

If you plan to stay at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel or Home2 Suites, we request that you book your room by June 6th, 2024. These two hotels have room blocks for our wedding, however please feel free to stay where you wish!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the 5th floor of Regions Tower 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony! The ceremony begins at 5:30pm. Those who do not arrive on time, will not be allowed to be seated at the venue until the bride, and her father, have made their way down the aisle.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. The venue will not admit guests wearing jeans.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although your kids will be missed, we kindly request that you do not bring your kids to the wedding. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a weekend away!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please park in the parking garage underneath Regions Bank. You will enter off of East Ohio Street. From there, park on levels 2-5 and enter through the elevator. In the garage elevator, please go down to level one, then you will enter into the lobby. You will be greeted by JPS events staff who will send you to floor 5 through a new set of elevators.
